Introducing 19 year old Sam Bosma from Netherlands
On this short interview she talks about her music.
Q: What do you do ?
A:Mostly I sing covers, I also write lyrics sometimes and my goal is to have my own song one day!
Q:When did you start singing?
A:I started singing when I was 8 years old, a few years after that I joined a musical group and we performed musicals every year. That was the real beginning of me singing covers because I discovered that I could sing pretty well.
Q:Is there any specific inspiration behind your love for music?
A:I do not think that there is a specific inspiration however one of the artist that really inspired me is Taylor Swift, especially her song lyrics, they are so real and authentic and she is also an amazing singer.
Q:What’s a favourite quote or word of advice you would like to share?
A:Personally I have been struggling with my mental health and something that I struggle with is trusting that I am a good enough person and that I am perfect the way I am. So, my advice that I would like to share is that everyone is perfect the way they are, being different is not wrong, that everyone is unique in their own way. And if people around you do not accept you as you are, that they are not worth your time or your love.
